After arriving at Cairo International Airport, you will then be transferred via air–conditioned motor coach to the 5 star Mena House Oberoi Hotel for a two–day/two–night stay. While in Cairo you will visit Memphis, Sakkara, the Pyramids at Giza and the Sphinx.

On Day 3, you will fly to Luxor and board the luxurious Discover Nile River Cruise. While on board you will enjoy visits to the Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, the Valleys of the Kings and Queens, Madinet Habu & Colossi of Memnon, Edfu Temple, Kom Ombo Temple, High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, Agha Khan Museum and have the option to extend their stay for a visit to Abu Simbel. Guests are also treated to a variety of cocktail receptions, dinner parties and Black Tie evenings.

After the cruise returns to port you will be driven back to The Mena House Oberoi Hotel for an additional two–day/ two–night stay and visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, Cairo's Islamic sites and Khan El–Khalili Bazaar.

Discover Nile River Cruise Restrictions: Rate is land only, per person, based on double occupancy in lowest available room category, and includes Egyptian Museum and Pyramids Tour, Discover Nile River Cruise with meals, roundtrip airport/hotel transfers, hotel accommodations and hotel tax. Cruise embarks on Saturdays only. Deposit of 50 percent of the cruise fare has to be made 30 days prior to the date of embarkation on the cruise. For any cancellations 30 days prior to arrival, a 50 percent cabin charge will be levied. In case of now shows and cancellations 14 days prior to arrival, all cabins charges will be levied. One infant up to the age of 2 years can stay free of charge in the parents cabin. A baby cot will be provided at no extra charge. Rates valid for travel 08/01/2008 – 12/31/2008 and vary by hotel and departure date. Blackout, weekend, holiday peak season surcharges apply.
